Shipping policy

When an order is placed Bathwise Ltd will send a confirmation order to the Supplier. The item will be delivered direct from the Supplier to the Customer. The Supplier will add their contact details to the delivery note. This is the point of contact if there is any problem with the order.

When the Product has been dispatched the Supplier will notify Bathwise Ltd.

Delivery timescales vary depending on each product and can be checked within the shopping bag. Most of our products are made to order and will therefore be handmade on placement of an order by the customer. These orders normally take up to 14 days to deliver within the UK and up to 28 days to deliver Internationally.
