Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we do. As well as selling online, you can visit our showroom so we can show and guide you through different products available to purchasing your ideal bathroom.
Is there parking at the showroom?
There is free parking in front of the showroom and on the side road of the showroom available.
Do you deliver anywhere in the UK?
Yes, we do. Please see our delivery policy.
What brands do you sell?
We sell a combination of top bathroom brands, and products we source directly from the manufacturer, or through various distributors. Brands that you may have heard of that we can supply include Villeroy & Boch, Dornbracht, Hansgrohe, Axor, Bette, Geberit, No Code, Crosswater, Roper Rhodes, Bauhaus, Kaldewei, Keuco, and Saneux. If there's something you don’t see on our website, please call us and we’ll do our very best to get it for you.
Do you offer a 3D design service?
Yes, we do. We use 3D visualising software which allows us to create your dream bathroom for you using your specification along with our design knowledge and flair. There is a charge of £100 for the design service.
Do you offer an installation service?
We do offer a complete design, supply, and installation service for our clients. Average bathroom installation takes between 2 – 2 ½ weeks but it all depends on the amount and type of work involved.
I have brought my own product from somewhere else, will you install them?
The simple answer is no. We are a retailer and as such want to offer the complete package to the client who wants a hassle-free service.
How can I check bar pressure in my property?
You will need to check the type of system that you have in the property. if you have water tanks in the loft, this is called a gravity system. In gravity systems, every 1 metre drop from the water tank typically equates to around 0.1 Bar in pressure. If you select a kitchen tap that requires 0.4 bar pressure then you will need 4 meters in vertical distance. If there is no tank in the property then the system is either using a mains pressure unvented system or a combination boiler. In both cases, there should be more than 1.0 bar pressure available.
Can I amend an order I placed online?
As long as it has not left our warehouse we will be happy to amend it for you. If it has already left, depending on the type of amendment, we may have to cancel the order and place a new one. This may occur the cancellation charge.
What if my online order is missing are arrives damaged?
On the odd rare occasion this happens, please contact us immediately and we will do our very best to rectify the situation.
