Do you offer an installation service?
No, we solely offer a supply only service. We feel that this focusing enables us to offer the best services which we know best. However, we are happy to offer any recommended fitters which we have worked with. We can only give a recommendation – but we cannot and do not guarantee there work on any particular job.
What is the Bathwise guarantee policy?
Bathwise offers a one year guarantee on all its products. This is in addition to any guarantee offered by the manufactures.
This guarantee protects the customer against manufacturing defects or any other defects for a period of one year from date of invoice.
However, the guarantee does not cover products against misuse of lack of maintenance or damage. Also the guarantee does not cover labour charges under any circumstances.
Many manufactures often extend the guarantee period beyond the one year period. Please retain any documents and warrantee form which is
enclosed with your purchased products. The warrantee extension normally requires you to register the products with the manufactures.
Please note it is the customer's responsibility to retain your invoices as a proof of purchase should any claim is made.
What water pressure do you have?
Due to the increase demand of design and appearance, the water pressure plays a considerable role in deciding which type of brassware would be suitable for the water system in your premises.
Convention water system – You would normally find a cold water storage tank and a hot water storage tank located around the house. This is classified as low pressure.
Combination boiler system – This normally has a boiler located around the hose without a hot water tank. The pressure would need to be confirmed by a plumber in bars due to inconsistencies in different areas.
Pressurised system – People normally talk of a brand called Megaflo. This system eradicates the cold water storage tank and leaves you with a pressured tank. This would be suitable for high pressure brassware.
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately, we require the customer to arrange necessary form of transport to the designated country. We would deliver to the appropriate port. We can however, deliver anywhere in England.
